Hair By Shelley started with a simple belief: your hair should make your day better, not worse. After years in the chair watching clients leave looking great but feeling lost about what to do at home, Shelley decided to build a salon where the advice was as good as the cut.

Located right on Whitestone Boulevard in Cedar Park, we've built a space where you're never rushed, never upsold, and always leave with a plan — not just a fresh cut. We listen first, then we work.
